Guide:

To start, (after the program is open) you will see a purple line with an egg on one side and a tree on the other. The tree is where your iggys will be able to collect their avgold from which is their currency. To do this though, they must be born first.

You can make as many iggys as you want. To make them, simply drag and drop the egg from the side to somewhere on the other side of the purple line. You can do this as many times as you wish. The iggys will hatch after 10 seconds and become either male or female. The decision made to decide the iggy's gender is currently completely random. It is not biased either way.

After the iggy is born, it will be able to eat, sleep, give birth and eventually die. The eating and sleeping procedure if fairly simple. If the iggy decides it's hungry it'll eat until it isn't hungry anymore. If the iggy decides it's sleepy it'll sleep until it isn't sleepy anymore. Iggys can collect avgold by going over to the tree and taking a certain amount, depending on how greedy that iggy is. Iggys can give birth by themselves and their gender doesn't matter, all iggys can give birth. When they do give birth, 1/4 of their money will automatically go to their new baby. The baby will be just the same as any other iggy. An iggys life is roughly between 3 and 5 minutes and is determined by how many times they've eaten, slept and given birth. When the iggy dies, it will remain as a grave for 1 minute after its death.

Double clicking the white background will display the information about all the iggys put together. Double clicking the tree will tell you how much avgold it currently has. Double clicking an iggy will tell you lots of information about that individual iggy and also ask you if you would like to view its personal page. If you select yes, it will show you it's page which includes all the info you have already seen and a save button where you can save that iggy to a file for later. More options will be added to the iggys personal page in later versions. You can load your iggys back in via the options menu on the main screen with the egg and the tree on. To terminate the life of an iggy simply right click it to delete.

The iggys can also do a few more things. You can choose to make an iggy king or queen and that iggy will carry a crown over their head. Over the versions they will have progressively more things they can do, being king or queen. They will pass down this role to their kids. On the iggy's personal page, click "Make this Iggy King/Queen" to make it king or queen.

The iggys can also have houses. To enabled this feature, it will cost the king/queen iggy 30 avgold and that would enable it for the rest of the simulation. You can then go to any iggys personal page (including the king/queen's) and get them their own house for 15 avgold. If their kids don't have a house already, when they die the kids will get their house.

A brand new feature is iggys having jobs. To do this, go to the iggys personal page and click the button that has a picture of a chair and table on it aswell as a plus arrow. You will be taken to another screen. From here, choose the job you want your iggy to have and press ok. From now on your iggy will do this job when they want to do it for a period of 10 seconds. At the end they will get their money. The 3 pre-loaded jobs have pay of 30 avgold each but you can make your own jobs with your own pay.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN JOB: Firstly, go into the file named "allinfo.iab" which should be included with the other iggy files. Then you'll see a list of job names with numbers below. Make a new line and on this line put the name of the iggys new job including the pay on the end. This mention of the pay is only useful to the person playing and not to the computer. Make a new line below that and put down the pay again as a number. Finally, change the number right at the top of the text file to that number + 1. Do this every time you add a job.
