View The House: The house for the fifth series is again smaller than those of previous series. With this series being themed as 'Inter-Fest', with housemates from all continents taking part, we gave The Sims 2: Big Brother 5 house a multi-continent theme. Entering the house, the housemates will encounter a big 'sea' of blue, which will be used as the main area for housemates to do their weekly task. And near the entrance and exit doors is the Diary Room, in the theme of a Caribbean style hut. Moving clockwise round the house, we have the kitchen, which has been given a the theme of a US diner, representing the North American section of the house. Even the Arctic has been included in the house, with a cold looking store room connecting to the kitchen. The Dining Room has been given a European Restaurant theme, where the housemates will share meals they have together. And to finish in the 'Northern Hemisphere' of the house, the Living Area has been given an Asian Oriental theme. The Bedroom has been given a very mixed African theme. The bedside lamps and tables are of a Morrocan theme, whilst the rest of the room has been given a mixed feel of the Sahara Desert and the Game Reserves of Southern Africa. And the Bathroom has been given a South American theme, where almost everything in there is made of wood. And finally into the Garden, themed upon Oceania. There's an 'Aussie Barbeque' for the housemates to cook, with a small dining area on the decking, then there's some comfortable seating, flowers and a jacuzzi, to help them relax after a hard days work in the house. The Studio: The Studio has taken on a similar design to the last series. The Eviction Interview area, where Rachel will be interviewing our evictees, has the same seating and colours. The sofas for the Review Show have now been given a blue makeover, and will feature photos of our housemates in the background. And we also have a much more condensed R&R and Computer area for this series. |
